Episode Details

Florida State Seminoles face fan outrage as rumors swirl about Mike Norvell returning for 2027. Will boosters and supporters accept another season under his leadership, or is a full-blown revolt looming in Tallahassee? The debate heats up as season ticket sales drop, local businesses sympathize with boycotting fans, and high-profile donors withhold funds until a coaching change is made.

Brian Smith and Tiny Hat CEO dissect the Seminoles’ roster challenges, lackluster recruiting under Norvell, and a defense ranked among the worst in college football. They question the administration’s indecision, highlight the potential exodus of star players, and explore why keeping Norvell risks Florida State’s future conference realignment options. With discussions on how the 2027 roster is likely to fall off, plus uncertainty at athletic director, the episode raises the critical question: What is the true cost of sticking with the current regime?
