Medium and author Kay Reynolds joins me in a conversation I thought I'd lost, recorded in August 2024, on self-doubt, sitting in the power and why mediumship asks you to go within.

I recorded this conversation with Kay Reynolds back in August 2024 and honestly thought it was lost forever. Listening back, I can hear exactly where I was then: full of questions, caught in my head, and hitting a wall called self-doubt. It has shown me how far I've come, and where trust still gets tested.

Kay is an evidential medium, mentor and author of The Evidential Medium: A Practical Guide for Developing Mediumship. After 29 years as a teacher and more than a decade training at the Arthur Findlay College, she now teaches students around the world.

She shares the man who appeared in her bedroom when she was five, the dream visits that had her passing messages to her mum, and the serious illness that opened her back up to spirit and led her to Arthur Findlay. She also tells the story of the number plates her dad used to prove he was with her.
