Episode Details

Cael Sanderson just provided a major update on Levi Haines and his potential return to Penn State wrestling for the 2026-27 season. Haines is preparing for another year, but his NCAA eligibility remains unresolved. What does that mean for the Nittany Lions' starting lineup?

On today's Locked On Nittany Lions, Zach breaks down Sanderson's comments from Penn State Wrestling Media Day, including how a potential Haines return could impact Mitchell Mesenbrink, PJ Duke, Tyler Kasak and the 157–174-pound lineup.

Plus, where will Masanosuke Ono wrestle? Could Marcus Blaze and Ono both find spots in the lineup?

And in one of the most surprising developments, Connor Mirasola has moved to heavyweight, creating a potential starting-lineup battle with twin brother Cole Mirasola.

We also discuss injury updates involving Kasak and Josh Barr, and the biggest unanswered questions entering the college wrestling season.
