Many people are insecure about dating after divorce. They feel like they will have to settle in many ways and are prepping themselves to moderate their expectations so they aren’t disappointed. I completely disagree with this mindset. In your relationships after divorce, it is possible and essential to find someone you really click with! Whatever your love language is, you can find someone who shares it with you. My own second marriage is a testament to this!

If you think you're unworthy of finding deep and lasting love in your second go-round, I am here to tell you that this isn't the case. Therapy can help you understand why you underestimate your worth; it usually has a lot to do with your upbringing.

The post that this podcast is based on is here. Thanks for listening! Subscribe to this podcast and follow me on Facebook! Note: The second-marriage memoir and that I forgot the name of as I was recording is The Best Of Us by Joyce Maynard!
