REACTION: Oregon Defeats Nebraska 17-14 to Secure CRUCIAL Win
Description
Oregon entered Week 7 in a do or die game as the Ducks couldn't afford to take a third loss. ScoopDuck's Max Torres and Justin Hopkins break down Oregon's 17-14 win over the Nebraska Cornhuskers and react to the news of wide receiver Evan Stewart's arrest on a DUII (Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants) Sunday morning.
The Ducks' offense struggle for three quarters after Brock Thomas got the start and quarterback. But things finally started to turn around when Dan Lanning make the call to bring in Dylan Raiola, who led the Ducks on two scoring and drives and eventually threw the game-winning touchdown pass to Jamari Johnson.
Oregon's defense continues to play lights out and round in to form as the front seven turned in another strong performance, limiting Nebraska to 78 yards rushing and logging three sacks.
The Ducks now head to Illinois for a Week 8 matchup. Will Dante Moore finally be ready to return? We'll find out later this week.
