General Hospital spoilers reveal that Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) has taken Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins) to court over accusations of drugging Drew Cain Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison). Lulu, a writer for The Invader, published an explosive article suggesting Willow's involvement in Drew's captivity. The drama unfolds as the two women face off, with Lulu refusing to retract her article unless Willow drops the libel suit. The trial, expected to begin during the November sweeps, promises to be a messy affair.

GH spoilers divulge that the burden of proof lies with Willow, who must prove that Lulu published the article with malice. A key witness for Willow's legal team could be Sidwell (Carlo Rota), who may stick to his story that he was injured, medicated, and hallucinating during Lulu's unauthorized interview.

Spoilers for General Hospital hint that Lulu may find allies in unexpected places. Kai (Jens Austin Astrup) and Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) could provide compelling testimony about Willow's past behavior. Moreover, the discovery of Jack Brennan's (Charles Mesure) body could further complicate the case, especially if the cause of death points to foul play.

More GH spoilers indicate that Drew is refusing to confirm the allegations in Lulu's article, fearing the implications for himself and Ava Jerome (Maura West). If called to testify, Drew may feign ignorance or even perjure himself to protect Willow.
