A Black Georgia family can sue the FBI agent who raided the wrong house.  We'll talk to the family's attorney about the case and why it's taken so long for them to get justice. 

The San Francisco Public Defender's Office released police body camera video showing officers beating a black suspect last year, leaving him hospitalized and in intensive care, and accused officers and prosecutors of misconduct.   

The University of Maryland club tennis team has been suspended indefinitely following allegations that members distributed tournament promotional material containing a graphic with racist imagery targeting African Americans.

The only man tried for the murder of rap icon Tupac Shakur got sentenced today.
