Louisiana's Callais case isn't completely over just yet.  A federal court will soon decide whether the state's only majority-Black seat gets erased from the table.  The Founder and President of Power Coalition for Equity and Justice will explain what will happen in the October 27 hearing. 

A Texas judge says Tarrant County doesn't have to restore nearly 100 polling places that county officials cut, dealing a major setback to voting-rights advocates and minority groups weeks before the high-stakes midterm election.

We are 19 days from the election; we'll talk to Black pollster Chris Towler about how folks are dealing with the negative ads and lies being told about candidates. 

The Black Republican Minnesota Gubernatorial Candidate got interrupted by protesters carrying a KKK sign during a GOP dinner.   

And a memo released in the Brian Flores lawsuit against the NFL for racial discrimination contained examples of what his legal team labeled as racial stereotypes and talking points teams use in reference to potential Black head coach hires.
