Jason Lyle is a men’s resilience coach, retreat leader, and host of the Sacred Grit Podcast. A former pastor with experience in wilderness therapy, he draws on his own recovery from addiction and faith reconstruction to help men rebuild self-respect and emotional strength.
He is the founder of Adventures in Recovery, a nonprofit offering free wilderness-based programs that support men in regulating their nervous systems and finding belonging. Through Sacred Grit coaching and retreats, Jason teaches practical, embodied tools rooted in honesty, responsibility, and lived faith.
