Published 1 week ago
Description
Street Fighter (2026) opened in US cinemas on October 16, 2026, distributed by Paramount Pictures. Directed by Kitao Sakurai, the PG-13 film is set in 1993 and follows Chun-Li as she recruits estranged fighters Ryu and Ken for the World Warrior Tournament, where a hidden conspiracy forces them to face each other and their pasts. Pre-release tracking reportedly suggested a domestic opening in the mid-thirty-million-dollar range, and early reactions called it big, loud and fun, though reviews overall were mixed.
