Episode Details

Have you ever decided, with your whole heart, to change your life, and watched your own mind refuse the change by morning? It was not your will that failed. Tonight you speak to the level that says yes.A sleep teaching built on José Silva, in simple words: the mind has levels, and the deep relaxed level before sleep accepts a clearly held picture without argument. One picture to keep, the house with two floors and the staircase of relaxation. What to carry down, a ten-count descent, Marcus's year of deciding upstairs, the doubt answered, and the practice of going downstairs for seven nights.
