Shane’s back in studio with Mícheál and Ella, but it’s a tough return after saying goodbye to his beloved dog Zoe, who’d been part of the family for 14 years.

They chat through the weird, very Irish side of it all: apologizing to the vet while you’re literally in bits, calling it “put to sleep” instead of “put down”, and even popping to the groomers first so Zoe wouldn’t get “fat-shamed” on the scales.
