Episode 28 Published 8 years, 5 months ago
Description

Despite being drafted out of high school Josh decided to hang up the cleats at the young age of 22. He talks about how even though he pitched well and was never injured he was frustrated that he wasn’t moving up in the system. He regrets leaving the game everyday. I think anyone can listen to this and apply it to your own life. Josh is now a pitching instructor and regarded as one of the top instructors in the country. We go over pithing mechanics and his pitching philosophy.
