Blast Motion is a bat sensor that tracks bat speed, attack angle, and many other important metrics. In this episode Matt Tanner, the baseball channel manager for Blast Motion, explains what all of the metrics are and what ones you should focus on. He also gives examples of what the MLB averages are to help understand what you should be aiming for.
