This is part 2 with Alan Jaeger. In this episode Alan gives the background on how J-Bands actually came about. We also get into the importance of having a routine that includes breathing and meditation. Why long toss can be so crucial for not only pitchers but position players as well. Lastly, Alan gives his take on the Yips and some ways that he has helped players beat them.
