Man, it’s been a hell of a year for Mooch. Her health has been in jeopardy for most of the past 12 months. She’d never had much going on during the first 13 years of her life.

My, how that has changed. And it’s cost us a small fortune. But at least we’re getting some answers.

I’m going to do everything possible for our beloved dog. Mooch is so much more than just a family pet. I have ten photos in my phone for every one of my children. She’s an equal member of this family. The kids know that and accept it.

I received a detailed email from the vet regarding Mooch’s prognosis. We have one of two roads we can go down regarding her probable Cushing’s disease diagnosis. Decisions have to be made, and treatment or surgery scheduled. Both our daughter and Mai agree with me on the course of action we’ll take.

I’ll share this with you in today’s podcast episode. I read the email from the vet word for word in this. I hope you all appreciate the update about Mooch and what’s coming next for our little old lady dog.
