Episode Details

Today I want to draw autumn nature scene. We'll draw a squirrel up in a tree with her cheeks full of acorns. Then we'll add a sunflower and a leaf pile. And we'll hide nuts all over the picture. I'll share some squirrel facts and some farmer folklore.

Here are 3 ideas your imagination can wonder about based on our drawing today:

1. If you were a squirrel, where would you hide your nuts?
2. You’re a human, where would you hide things that are special to you, and how would you know where to find them again?
3. Why does farmer folklore say that seeing a squirrel with a bushier tail means we're going to have a colder winter?
