The Young and the Restless spoilers excite as Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) and Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) prepare for their Gatsby-themed wedding at the Genoa City Athletic Club, recently purchased by Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) from Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn). However, Billy's mother Jill Abbott's (Jess Walton) health concerns may cast a shadow on the event.

Y&R spoilers reveal that Billy initially didn't want his mother at the wedding, fearing she would cause a scene. However, Billy's fiance Sally, and his brother Cane, persuade him to invite Jill. Unfortunately, Jill informs Billy that she can't attend due to health issues, a decision made on the advice of her doctor brother Snapper. Despite this, there's speculation that Jill might defy doctor's orders to witness her son's marriage, potentially leading to high drama.

Spoilers for Young and Restless suggest that as the event draws closer, it's revealed that Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman), the groom's brother and best man, will be present. Billy's sisters, Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) and Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland), are also in town for the wedding. Abby Winters (Melissa Ordway), Billy's cousin, is also expected to attend, possibly with Devon Winters (Bryton James) as her plus one.

More Y&R spoilers deliver intrigue as Billy's ex Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) is a bridesmaid and Sally's ex Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will also be there. Billy's other ex, Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle), may also be present, potentially leading to an exposure of her fling with Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor).

Young and Restless spoilers indicate that Sally's family, including her sister Coco Spectra (Ashley Campbell) and grandmother Shirley Spectra (Patrika Darbo), will be on the bride's side. However, there is an unexpected twist with the possible return of Patty Williams (Stacy Haiduk), who is still obsessed with Jack and has a history of causing trouble in Genoa City.
