It is a government agency that cannot be fixed, and cannot be reformed. The rot runs too deep. They’ve hired too many agents who simply cannot be changed. They’ve developed a mindset immune from softening. The only solution to immigration enforcement is to start over. Abolish whatever ICE is and start over.
