ALABAMA FANS DON’T WANT TO HEAR THIS… BUT IS THE GLASS HALF FULL AFTER LOSING TO GEORGIA?! | Sloppy Saturdays
Description
Alabama loses a heartbreaker to Georgia, but Alabama fans might not want to hear this: there are reasons to be optimistic!
On Sloppy Saturdays, I’m breaking down why the glass might actually be half full after the 20-17 loss. Keelon Russell faced his first true test against an elite opponent, made big plays, and kept Alabama in the fight until the final moments.
Yes, the controversial officiating — especially the late pass interference no-call — deserves discussion. But there’s more to take away from this game than the final score.
🏈 Did Keelon Russell prove he can lead Alabama against the best? Were the calls the difference? And should Crimson Tide fans feel better about their team’s future despite the loss?
