A broken heart can make everything feel heavier. The nights seem longer, the memories hurt more, and sometimes you wonder if you'll ever feel whole again.

But tonight, remember this: God draws especially close to broken hearts.

"The LORD is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart." — Psalm 34:18 KJV

You don't have to hide your pain from God. You don't have to pretend you're okay. Bring Him the tears, the disappointment, the questions, and even the pieces you don't know how to put back together.

God is not intimidated by your brokenness.

Psalm 147:3 says, "He healeth the broken in heart, and bindeth up their wounds."

Healing may not happen overnight. Some wounds take time. But every day you place your heart into God's hands, He is doing something you may not yet be able to see.

So tonight, rest.

You don't have to fix everything before morning. You don't have to figure out your entire future.

Just whisper, "Jesus, here is my broken heart. Please hold it tonight."

And trust that the One who created your heart knows exactly how to heal it.

Prayer: Father, hold my broken heart tonight. Heal the places that hurt and replace my sorrow with Your peace. Help me believe that brighter days are still ahead. In Jesus' name, Amen.
