Northeast Ohio. Zero restraint. Pure hard rock. On Episode 848 of the Pennsylvania Rock Show, Bill Domiano introduces listeners to Jonni Law, a veteran Northeast Ohio hard rock and classic rock band bringing big guitars, powerful vocals, and a traditional rock-and-roll mentality into a new chapter with independent record label Cranked Up Records.
Built around experienced musicians and a live-first approach, Jonni Law represents the grit, attitude, and energy of the Northeast Ohio rock scene. The band’s sound draws on the foundations of classic hard rock while delivering the kind of guitar-driven music made for loud speakers, live stages, and rock fans who want their music unapologetic.
The Jonni Law lineup features Paul Skowron on vocals, Rick Miller, Brian “Khâos” Arkkelin on lead guitar, Dixxi Rekt on bass, and Tommy Rich on drums. Together, these Northeast Ohio rock veterans are preparing to introduce their next chapter to a worldwide audience.
In 2026, Jonni Law signed with Cranked Up Records, an independent rock and country record label based in Carlsbad, New Mexico. The label’s releases are distributed worldwide through Virgin Music Group and The Label Group, giving the band an opportunity to take its hard-rock sound beyond its Rust Belt roots and reach listeners around the world.
The band’s upcoming debut single for Cranked Up Records, “Doghouse,” promises an outlaw-rock attitude built for fans of hard rock, classic rock, and straight-ahead rock-and-roll. With the single on the horizon and a full-length project in motion, Jonni Law is gearing up for a new phase of its musical journey. Official band photos are also expected to arrive alongside the single.
On this episode of the Pennsylvania Rock Show, we put the spotlight on Jonni Law and the musicians behind the name. We explore the band’s Northeast Ohio roots, its classic hard-rock identity, the decision to sign with Cranked Up Records, the upcoming release of “Doghouse,” and what listeners can expect as the band moves toward a full-length project.
