PHA Homes, working with East Hampshire Council, is developing community projects based on the assets within them - physical things like buildings and public spaces, but also people.
Megan Sheehan and Eleanor Dorn from PHA talk to Mike Waddington and say they are working with “what's strong” in a community rather than "what's wrong.”
It's off the ground and projects have started and were recently shared with Agencies Working Together.
