In this episode of 6G Agenda, we continue our deep dive into Bill Cooper’s Mystery Babylon series by examining the concept of initiation—the process through which the mystery traditions claimed to reveal hidden knowledge to those considered prepared to receive it.
Beginning with Trump's Super Intelligence Luncheon, we cover the last supper-like image made with the twelve individuals behind Trump, forming a 'grail' above his head. We also take note of the amount and of, and importance of, the individuals at the table with him.
Building from Cooper’s presentation, we explore the ancient Mystery Schools, initiation rituals, symbolic death and rebirth, hidden knowledge, sacred geometry and the idea that humanity exists at different levels of spiritual understanding.We examine how initiation appears throughout ancient religious and philosophical traditions and how the concept later became associated with organizations such as Freemasonry, Rosicrucianism and other esoteric societies.Initiation traditionally represents a transition from one state of existence to another. The initiate symbolically dies to an old identity and is reborn with a new understanding.We explore Cooper’s interpretation of Mystery Babylon as a hidden religious tradition, including his arguments concerning Babylonian religion, Egyptian mysteries, Greek mystery traditions, Roman religion, Christianity, Freemasonry and the occult.
We also examine the symbolism of death and resurrection, darkness and light, the descent into the underworld, the emergence into illumination and the idea of hidden knowledge being progressively unveiled.And as the Mystery Babylon series has continued, these themes have repeatedly surfaced—from Osiris and Isis to Freemasonry, Maitreya and Ecumenism.Initiation may be the connective tissue.
