Description
What if the key to navigating perimenopause isn’t just balancing your hormones, but understanding the powerful role p@pt*des can play in metabolic health, energy, and longevity? In this episode, Jennifer Woodward, Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner, breaks down the science behind peptide therapy and how it may support women through midlife. She shares insights on hormone testing, low estrogen symptoms, and why personalized lab work should come before jumping into hormone replacement therapy or p@pt*des. From growth hormone analogs and MOTS-C to recovery peptides and GHK-Cu, Jennifer explores emerging strategies, potential side effects, and important safety considerations, including copper balance and cancer risk. Tune in for an empowering conversation that separates peptide hype from science and helps women make more informed decisions about their hormones, healthspan, and future health.
