Episode Details

North Carolina Tar Heels overcome major offensive struggles to upset No. 25 Pittsburgh on the road—despite being outgained by 100 yards and tallying just 20 rushing yards. Is this gritty win a sign of true progress, or are bigger problems ahead for Bill Belichick’s squad?

Isaac Schade unpacks how the Tar Heels’ bend-but-don’t-break defense stifled Pitt in the red zone, highlighted by Greg Smith III’s clutch interception and a 0-for-4 stand on fourth downs. The episode reviews Shamar Easter’s season-defining 75-yard touchdown, Billy Edwards Jr.’s roller-coaster performance, and the ongoing woes in the running game. Plus: a look at Carolina’s path to bowl eligibility, the importance of decisive wins, and a weekend whiparound featuring updates on Women’s Soccer, Field Hockey, and Volleyball. Can UNC parlay this momentum into a win over Duke and finally secure some no-doubt victories?
