Episode 681
Published 4 days, 3 hours ago
Description
In the summer of 1946, thousands across Scandinavia reported silent cigar‑shaped streaks that prompted a Swedish military task force and sparked debate over meteors versus clandestine missile tests. This episode examines contemporary reports, radar data, physical evidence, and cultural context to weigh plausible meteor physics against covert weapon trials while navigating the limits of post‑war technology and press control.
