🌿 Good Thinking: Daily Positive Affirmations & Growth Mindset

☀️ Jason Connell returns for a "Midweek Reset" episode of Good Thinking, while adjusting to his new home in Hanoi, Vietnam, balancing work deadlines with settling in. He describes how a dedicated yoga practice at Kinship Yoga in Los Angeles helped him advance to inversions, and how he’s continuing workouts in his apartment gym while searching for a local studio. After an unsuccessful attempt to find a hidden, seemingly closed studio, he visits a gym/yoga space where staff use Google Translate, let him work out for free, and he joins a class as the only male among about 30 women. His headstand and handstand earn applause, and he follows the non-English instruction by watching others. He reflects on open-mindedness, kindness, and nonverbal communication, and mentions enjoying small, affordable neighborhood restaurants and coffee shops. He teases an upcoming Positive Conversation episode.
