**Fictitious Character**
_An Audio Movie_
Somewhere in the night city, a very famous man moves through the dark like weather.
He is a music artist. An entertainment performer. A presence the cameras never quite stop chasing.
They call him the Fictitious Character.
He appears on screens and stages, then disappears again into black cars and private doors. He performs distance the way other people perform songs. He looks faintly irritated by the attention, as if the whole machine of fame is something that simply happens to him. And yet the machine keeps finding him. Twenty minutes early. Every time.
But this story is not about him.
It is about the people who stay up for him.
The ones who found the private group. Who trade screenshots and theories at 2 a.m. Who feel, for a little while, like they are finally on the inside of something. Who receive a message one night that claims to be from him — and says they are different from the others.
_Fictitious Character_ is a short audio movie told in voices and city night and the soft, overlapping sound of phones lighting up in the dark. It is surreal in the way a dream is surreal: ordinary and strange at the same time. It holds the fans with dignity. It does not explain them away. It simply listens to what devotion sounds like when it has nowhere left to land.
The Character is very famous.
The fans are not fictitious at all.
