This year, Americans have been taking a look back at the 250 years since our country was founded, and the milestones and people that have changed our lives. Our guest has written more than a few books about figures that loom large in that story. His latest book, 'We Are the Wright Brothers', talks about how the siblings launched the age of modern aviation by achieving the first controlled, sustained, powered heavier-than-air human flight on December 17, 1903, in Kitty Hawk, North Carolina.
FOX’s Tonya J. Powers speaks with Brad Meltzer, author of the series 'Ordinary People Change the World' with the latest being 'We Are the Wright Brothers', who the stories are examples of what he likes to put out into the world - empathy, kindness, and courage.
