Description
Today in The Catechism Series, we turn to the eighth article of the Creed: “I believe in the Holy Ghost.” Fr. William MacGillivray explains who the third Person of the Blessed Trinity is, why He is equal to the Father and the Son, and what the Church means when she calls Him the giver of life and sanctifier. We’ll also look at His gifts, His visible manifestations in Scripture, Pentecost, and why extraordinary charisms such as tongues and miraculous healings became less common as the Church grew.
