Fear in the Therapy Room with Michael Guilding

Welcome to the Business of Psychology podcast. My guest today is Michael Guilding, a retired psychotherapist with 30 years of clinical experience, including over a decade working within NHS psychological therapies as head of counseling. Michael spent the past 10 years studying the human fear system, building on attachment theory and polyvagal theory to understand complex trauma and depression. He teaches workshops for the Complex Trauma Institute and has just released his book, Fear in the Therapy Room.
