Council Members – Building Official Chris Flannery – Discussion/For Possible
Action – Approval of an emergency abatement action pursuant to Ely City Code 4-
1-22 to exterminate and remove a cockroach infestation at 195 West 15th Street,
Parcel No.: 001-212-02, determined by the City Building Official to be a public
nuisance that places the public in immediate danger of health, safety, or welfare.
