Evening Edition: How Anti-Zionism Is Shaping Israel’s Upcoming Election
Description
Israel's image in the world, is said to be turning negative with words like 'Zionism' and 'Zionist' becoming overtly and negatively charged. In the middle are American Jews who continue to be the most targeted in all hate crimes in the U-S, like the foiled plot by an American-born Somali who wanted to cause a mass casualty event at a Minnesota mall because 'Jews own it'. And its not just in the U-S, the same dynamic infests Canada, Australia, the U-K and Europe.
FOX's Eben Brown speaks with Dr. Einat Wilf, Israeli public diplomat and politician who served as a member of the Knesset for the Labor Party, who explains how intense rhetoric targeting "Zionists" crosses into antisemitism, and shares her thoughts on the upcoming Israeli elections.
