Students and alumni of Lincoln University are suing Missouri, alleging the state has illegally underfunded the historically Black university for years. The lawsuit argues Missouri failed to provide Lincoln with funding required under the federal Morrill Act. STLPR politics correspondent Jason Rosenbaum spoke with former state Rep.
