Former Dimension Data CEO admits secret role in The Campus sale
Description
Stephen Grootes speaks to Duncan McLeod, Founder and Editor at Techcentral, about former Dimension Data and NTT CEO Jason Goodall’s admission that he secretly participated in the 2019 sale of The Campus in Johannesburg while advising NTT on the transaction. Goodall has agreed to pay NTT about R208.6 million in a settlement and named four other former executives as having participated on both sides of the deal. The admission comes as legal proceedings continue over the sale, which was declared void by the High Court in 2024 after the court found that former executives had acted in conflict with their boards.
