Episode Details

Houston Cougars quarterback Conner Weigman faces former Texas A&M coach Collin Klein in a high-stakes showdown, seeking redemption after being benched while playing hurt. Could this be the statement game Weigman needs to showcase his elite passing and rushing skills? With 11 touchdowns and just one interception, Wegman’s emotional edge might ignite Houston’s Big 12 aspirations.

Key talking points include Stephon Johnson and Myles Rowser’s return after prolonged eligibility battles, both hungry to make instant impacts. The discussion explores Makhi Hughes and Re'Shaun Sanford’s dynamic one-two punch in the backfield, as both running backs look to capitalize on a vulnerable Kansas State run defense. Will Houston’s “chip-on-the-shoulder” mentality fuel a decisive win and keep Arlington in sight for the Cougars?
