Published 1 week, 1 day ago
Description
Another stretch of pleasant autumn weather has arrived across the New York area, with dry conditions holding through Saturday before rain returns at the end of the weekend. While the quiet weather pattern remains in place here, attention is focused on Tropical Storm Isaias in the Gulf, which is expected to strengthen and could become the season's first hurricane. While the storm's direct impacts will stay well to our south, its remnants are expected to bring rain to the Northeast later this weekend.
