Episode Details

Disney+ is actively developing a live-action series adaptation of The Inheritance Cycle, starting with the popular fantasy book Eragon. The streaming platform has recently expanded its creative team by bringing in Todd Harthan and Todd Helbing as co-showrunners, with Harthan co-creating the project alongside original author Christopher Paolini. Additionally, Marc Webb has joined the undertaking as an executive producer, while a dedicated writers room has been operating since late last year. This new television project follows a previous 2006 cinematic version of the novel and aims to faithfully bring the bestselling literary world to the small screen through 20th Television.
