Enchantée, and welcome to the first episode of An Invitation Within, a new chapter for the podcast once known as Sacred Drops and Soul Centered Nourishment.

Nature's mirror: Rosa rugosa
Our teacher from nature this month is Rosa rugosa, the beach rose. Born on the windswept coasts of eastern Asia, She has made Her home along shorelines around the world, flourishing wherever the sand and salt allow Her to take root. In the tradition of flower essences, She is a companion for the heart in times of loss, reminding us that nothing is ever truly lost, only changing form.

The Inner Circle
If something in Rosa rugosa's story is meeting you in a more personal place, I am creating a private experience that allows us to stay with Her a little longer. Together, we move beyond the story of the flower and into what Her way of living may illuminate within our own. Through botanical wisdom, materia medica, energetics, flower essences, guided meditation, embodied and self-care practices, and contemplative reflection, we explore not only who She is, but what we may come to understand about ourselves through knowing Her. It is an invitation to go within, to listen more closely, and to allow what we discover there to become part of the way we live.
