Episode Details

The Orlando Magic and Toronto Raptors share philosophies that target defensive-minded, long wings. They have been two teams that have battled in the Eastern Conference and for their spot in the league.

But that is about where the similarities end. Where the Magic have struggled to get their stars playing at a star level, Scottie Barnes has emerged into a clear perennial, versatile All-Star. And the Raptors went all-in to acquire Kawhi Leonard this summer, launching them into title contention.

Are the Raptors truly ready to compete? Can the Magic catch up with the internal development of their group? Are these teams actually closer than it appears?

Sean Woodley of Locked on Raptors joins the show to preview the Magic and Raptors and one of the still simmering Eastern Conference rivalries.
