Synopsis
- The Thrawn Trilogy - The trilogy is set in 9 ABY, five years after the events of Star Wars: Episode VI Return of the Jedi. It follows the campaign of Imperial Grand Admiral Thrawn, from the Destruction of the Elomin task force to the Battle of Bilbringi. It also recounts the efforts of the Dark Jedi Joruus C'baoth and his efforts to claim Luke Skywalker, Leia Organa Solo, and her children as his apprentices.
- The Hand of Thrawn Duology - Set 19 ABY, the two books explore the end of the Galactic Civil War. While some forces in the Imperial Remnant, led by Admiral Gilad Pellaeon, attempt to make peace with the New Republic, another group, led by Moff Vilim Disra and an apparently resurrected Grand Admiral Thrawn, attempts to destabilize the New Republic.
