Episode Details

Mike Flanagan's new eight-episode adaptation of Carrie premieres on Prime Video, releasing all of its installments simultaneously. The horror series stars Summer H. Howell as the telekinetic teenager alongside a cast that includes Matthew Lillard and Samantha Sloyan. Unlike previous iterations, this version heavily incorporates social media as a narrative catalyst that places an entire community in jeopardy. Additionally, the show expands the high school faculty's role and reimagines Margaret White as a loving, relatable mother rather than a terrifying tyrant.
