Episode Details

Scavo Solutions has relocated from Aston, Pennsylvania to Conway, South Carolina, establishing itself as a full-service excavation, demolition, and land clearing contractor serving Horry County and the Grand Strand during a period of rapid regional development. The company brings a property-first approach to site preparation, sequencing services like grading, drainage, forestry mulching, and demolition based on what each individual site requires rather than a fixed checklist. - Scavo Solutions is now based in Conway, SC, and serves Horry County communities including Myrtle Beach, Carolina Forest, Aynor, and Loris, offering excavation, grading, demolition, land clearing, and drainage services. - The company takes a site-specific approach to preparation work, reading visible and subsurface conditions to determine the right sequence of services before construction can begin. - Horry County's sandy soil, high water tables, dense vegetation, and coastal storm exposure create layered site challenges that require experienced excavation and land management expertise. - Owner Anthony Ravoni emphasizes honest pricing, attention to detail, appropriate equipment selection, and doing the job right the first time as the company's core operating principles in its new market.
