Monday Mass. 10.05.26.

This homily is about the next step of divine mercy: not only receiving God's forgiveness, but showing mercy to others. Drawing on the Parable of the Good Samaritan, it presents Jesus as the Samaritan who bandages humanity's wounds, and invites listeners to begin with prayer for the people they find hardest to love. It closes with a reminder that forgiving those who have hurt us is essential to being ready for heaven.
