Episode Details

The iconic Corleone crime family narrative is expanding with a brand-new authorized installment titled Connie, slated for publication by Random House in the fall of 2027. Written by best-selling author Adriana Trigiani, this upcoming book marks a historic milestone as the very first female-led novel in the legendary franchise. Approved by the estate of Mario Puzo, the storyline shifts its primary focus to Connie Corleone, examining her personal journey and struggles within a male-dominated environment. Representatives from the Puzo estate actively sought out Trigiani for the project after reading her commentary regarding the historically overlooked women of the Godfather saga. Ultimately, while the literary rights remain with the author's estate, Paramount Pictures continues to retain all official film rights associated with the cinematic universe.
