Soul Weightlifting, Gridwork & Manifestation with Laura Van Tyne — Part 3 of 4 | Classics Rotation

Published 8 hours ago
Description
Laura Van Tyne gives what she calls a weightlifting plan for a weak soul, then a gridwork story about a neighbor’s wedding barn and the protection steps she offers people who cannot see entities. The part ends on her manifestation course and two small-manifestation stories, the moldavite and the mug, before the host’s kachina story.

She finishes the previous point by saying the work is to stop reacting from emotion, connect to the higher self, and respond with wisdom and discernment. The host asks what someone who feels spiritually weak should actually do. Laura says people have to find what works, and she starts with walking alone in nature without electronics and listening to your thoughts. If those thoughts are not gratitude and joy, she says look at the pre-programmed beliefs and change them through prayer and meditation: prayer as talking to source, meditation as listening, letting the chatter pass, maybe freewriting. She warns against a closed hand position she says shuts the circuit. If the house does not feel happy, she says find out why, including clutter, and clear it physically and spiritually. She says sage is antimicrobial and somewhat helpful but will not remove a demon, and she thinks the dark side encouraged people to rely on it. She suggests pure essential oils, naming orange to smell when you feel low, a diffuser as a mild clear, and cut apples and onions on a paper plate in a heavy room because she says they absorb negative energy. If they rot fast, throw them out rather than compost them.

She points listeners to her Amazon book Soul Tribe: Navigating the Spiritual War, which she says contains two prayers, one to cross ghost souls and one to remove dark entities. She says those prayers used to be free on her site until a former business partner claimed them. Laura says she holds the copyright, but that a rule she describes as guilty until proven innocent would have cost about five thousand dollars in legal fees to put the free versions back, so she left them in the book. She says she has three books and that money from this one goes into a foundation. She treats the dispute as a lesson in staying uncorrupted. Those book comments are part of the original recording, not a current sales pitch.

Her gridwork, she says, is not crystals on a plate. On her property a neighbor runs what she calls an illegal wedding venue in a farm and forest zone, in a barn built for tractors and hay rather than about 150 guests. She shows a photo from April 2025 with two lines of energy she reads as extraction, sucking what the episode’s chapter list calls loosh out of the crowd, plus a creature pacing the property line. She warns that weddings and big events can send you home with something that makes you fight or say things you do not mean, and she says she has been challenging the venue legally for about two years. A later photo, she says, shows them getting less energy, though she says it is not over. She describes one owner as hypnotic and says she has seen that on camera with judges. The host connects it to bars and concerts, and to alcohol being called spirits. Laura says she misses being able to live like a person who is not affected, and that she was being affected before she knew it was.

For someone who cannot see entities, she says everyone has psychic ability and that the strongest form is intuition, not seeing dead people. If a room feels off, visualize a rain of salt, which she says cleanses in every dimension, and a violet flame coming up through it to transmute what is there. Ask the higher self to remove it and request angels for a specific job: a team with you through a hospital visit, or from the time you leave the house until you return, clearing heavy energies and negative entities. She says hospitals are haunted because people die there without knowing it, and liquor stores are too. She tells of bread floating off the shelves at a Trader Joe’s in San Diego and a ghost
