Description
Most women don’t need more information about how to be healthy. We know we should move our bodies. Drink the water. Eat nourishing food. Get enough sleep. Manage stress. Take care of ourselves. Knowing isn’t usually the problem.
Doing it consistently is. In this episode of Truth Over Trends, I’m joined by Brooke Rozmenoski—also known as Brooke Rozzie—a Christian counselor, Functional Nutrition Coach, and founder of Faithfully Nourished.
We’re talking about the gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it: why motivation isn’t enough, what makes healthy habits sustainable, why accountability matters, and how to find the balance between giving ourselves grace and using grace as an excuse to stay stuck.
We also dig into the all-or-nothing mentality that tells us one missed workout, one chaotic weekend, or one imperfect meal means we’ve failed and need to “start over Monday.” Because lasting health isn’t built by constantly starting over. It’s built by continuing to show up. And as Christian women, this conversation goes deeper than changing our bodies.
Our health isn’t our identity, and pursuing health shouldn’t become an obsession. It’s an opportunity to faithfully steward the bodies God has entrusted to us.
You don’t have to change everything tomorrow. But eventually, the things you know have to become things you do. Connect with Brooke Brooke Rozmenoski is a Christian Counselor, Functional Nutrition Coach, and founder of Faithfully Nourished.
