A 53-year-old man from Angle Vale has died in a fatal crash at the intersection of King and Penfield Road at Virginia, north of Adelaide. The collision occurred when one vehicle allegedly went through a give way sign before being T-boned by another car, trapping the man in the wreckage. The crash happened almost exactly 12 months after a six-year-old girl was fatally injured at the same intersection, prompting renewed calls from locals for safety upgrades including improved lighting and clearer signage.
