Episode Details

Released in January 2022, the 12-part Netflix zombie thriller All of Us Are Dead is celebrated as one of the most intense and enduring international horror series of the decade. The story begins at Hyosan High School, where a botched science experiment triggered by a bullied student rapidly escalates into a catastrophic and violent outbreak. Unlike typical genre entries relying heavily on superficial clichés, this series successfully blends brutal survival horror with profound emotional depth by focusing on the authentic fears, flaws, and optimism of its youthful cast. Even years after its initial premiere, the show maintains a steadfast ability to attract new audiences and sustain high engagement levels. Ultimately, the narrative resonates deeply with viewers because it addresses serious societal issues—such as adolescent suicide and adult neglect—while portraying the grim, unvarnished reality that surviving a crisis does not always feel like a clean victory.
